MORNINGS - The "3 Step Success" Series

Here is the first installment of my "3 Step Success" series, I am so excited to be finally publishing!Kicking off is "Mornings"

1: get out of bed when your first alarm goes off, no snoozing. 2: eat a nutritious breakfast 3: prepare yourself for the day

✔️by actually getting out of bed when your alarm goes off, not only allows for more time to get ready and therefore reduce stress, but it gets you into an action mindset. It's like getting out of the "right" side of the bed.

✔️your body cannot fuel you sufficiently from refined sugar. Include protein and complex carbs and avoid most cereals as they are high in salt and sugar. You want to avoid starting your day with a sugar crash.

✔️by getting prepared for the day, you'll be in a better position to take it on. Check your schedule before you get to work. This will allow you to walk in the door focused and will help you hit the ground running.
