My 5x5 Mini Medi Challenge is simply this; for 5 days (Monday to Friday) you're going to sit in meditation for 5 mins. That's it! Super easy, right!
Everyone who knows me knows that I love meditation. It's no secret that it has completely changed my life. Going from an anxious, unhappy mess, who, quite frankly, felt completely lost; to a self-loving woman, carving her own way creating the life and business of her dreams.
This challenge is for everyone! It doesn't matter if you're an experienced meditator, or someone who is just starting out. In fact, the more newbies the better!
So you're in?
Yes!! All you have to do is jump into this week's Monday Meditation video (here) and comment "I am in" and get ready for the zen to begin.
What I'll be doing
5x5 meditation along with you all, of course! I'll be posting each day on Insta "Mini Medi Challenge" posts to give us a space to come together and share how we are going. Have any questions? Post 'em there! I am here supporting you and cheering you on, every step of the way.
Also, keep an eye out for my Insta stories where I will be sharing extra Medi tips for you, to help with your practice.
Meditation is simply the art of calming the body and mind. Which, in other words, is a calmer body and a clearer and happier mind. Sounds good to me.
